This is a highly practical two-day course that will teach you the planning and execution of TPLO surgery based on the Slocum technique. You will learn how to select appropriate patients and recognise individuals for which an alternative approach would be preferable. Practical sessions will allow you to obtain and recognise appropriately positioned radiographs, practise preoperative radiographic planning, and practise the surgical approach and the TPLO technique in extensive guided wet lab sessions. On this course you will be guided by a highly experienced and approachable tutor to help you gain the confidence and skills you need to tackle TPLO surgery in your practice.
