About the course

In this workshop we will cover all aspects of perineal hernia in the dog. On completion of the course you will have the knowledge and confidence to easily recognise and diagnose this condition, understand perineal anatomy and to surgically repair the hernia using a technique that utilises the internal obturator muscle to augment repair. The morning lectures will support the afternoon’s practical session where you will have the opportunity to practice the technique of surgical repair of a perineal hernia.
