About the course

Breeders are not the easiest of clients and reproduction can be quite challenging to fit into the everyday life of the practice. This course will try to establish an effective system for ovulation testing, pregnancy, birth and care of neonates. It will give benchmarks for normal parameters and advice for clients that want to breed, along with discussing infertility, difficult parturition, C-sections and neonatal emergencies. Cases studies will be used after every session to use the theory in a more practical way.

Specific areas to be covered:

•  Easy ovulation testing in practice

•  Male and female infertility and its myths

•  The Pregnant bitch

•  Decision making during parturition

•  Neonatal emergencies
