Recent Graduate Support (Practice)

About the course

The Practice programme encourages the development of the recent graduate and the practice itself. It is, essentially a combination of the individual and the mentor programmes.

The recent graduate is supported and a safe working environment is developed. A deeper engagement between the graduate and the practice is encouraged which can lead to a longer lasting and more productive relationship.

Not suited to all, the graduate and the practice work both together and apart, benefiting from real time and asynchronous support from a trained coach and learning adviser.

The graduate knows they have the support of an impartial learning advisor and the practice have the reassurance of knowing that a safe working environment is being encouraged and that time is being saved.

Typically the programme runs for six months but can be extended.
