5 Steps Telephone Training
Other companies can teach customer care skills, but nobody else does it on-board a bus, in your town, or even at your practice. Nobody else does it the Onswitch way; with veterinary experienced professionals coaching you through a series of hands-on exercises and real telephone calls.
You'll learn how to deliver the five key steps to deliver excellent customer care and if you're thinking that sounds easy, then we challenge you to ask yourself whether you're doing it now? Because other practices in your town will be, and chances are that they'll be boosting their client numbers through word of mouth recommendations, making their practices more profitable, staff more motivated and enthusiastic, and generally delighting their clients with the whole thing.
The day begins at 10am and finishes at 4pm with a nice pub lunch in between! Refreshments will be made available throughout the day and you'll probably need it after you have worked your way through the 5 steps to telephone success. With your veterinary experienced coach, you will cover the key elements you should be incorporating into your calls to make it a positive experience for your customers, so they book that all important appointment with you, instead of your competitors.
