About the course

Practical revision for the OSCE tasks for Veterinary Nursing students studying the City & Guilds Level 3 Veterinary Nursing Diploma. This course is one of two parts of the 'Level 3 Veterinary Nursing Practicals Task Revision' course and is designed to assist students who are preparing for the Veterinary Nursing Practical (OSCE) Examinations. You will have a selection of OSCE tasks demonstrated by experienced, trained lecturers in the morning, followed by the opportunity to perform OSCE tasks, supervised by lecturers from The College of Animal Welfare. We will provide feedback and support during these 'hands-on' sessions. Course Content: Delegates will cover the Practical (OSCE) tasks form: * Unit 309/VN 10 - Theatre Practice Revision * Unit 310/VN 11 - Anaesthesia * Unit 307/VN 8 - Radiography You do not need to wear uniform but should be wearing comfortable and sensible attire for a clinical area. We recommend at least a scrub top and non-open toed shoes. We advise bringing the surgical gloves you prefer for Day 1. If you have a latex allergy please advise us when you book the course.
