About the course
Dr Jo Soldan is a Clinical Psychologist whose work has focused on helping people build resilience to the challenges they face, whether that be patients with spinal injuries, junior doctors facing difficult situations and night shifts, or Lawyers facing everyday work strains. Jo is also a trained mindfulness teacher (and daughter of a Vet!) and will share some ideas from the extensive research on the benefits of mindfulness to our well-being and workplace. Most recently Jo was involved in a project introducing ‘Mindfulness Based Resilience @ Work’ to staff in a large healthcare system in New Zealand and her session will present outcomes and discuss introducing Mindfulness in the workplace.
