Dealing with challenging people in practice - what is REALLY going on

About the course

Most people have had the experience of working with or for someone that they find frustrating or challenging. Sometimes this is due to fundamental differences and sometimes it is due to specific behaviours that are unproductive or annoying.

With this presentation, we will look at a range of challenges that you may encounter from the every day seemingly trivial to the truly serious. We will explore whether these challenges stem from inherent traits in the person or whether they are behaviours that might successfully be changed.

Bring your examples and your personal frustrations and let’s help you make sense of them!

Speaker: Anne-Marie Svendson Aylott MRCVS, Leadership coach and trainer, NLP Master Practitioner
