This session will focus on the use of local anaesthetic blocks in first opinion small animal practice.
Topics covered will include:
  • Local anaesthetic agents, their pharmacology and safety
  • The use of dental blocks in anaesthetised patients
  • An overview of loco-regional techniques in orthopaedic and soft tissue surgery

Delegates are encouraged to discuss cases they have seen during the interactive session
