About the course

We have mapped out a training path with the canine courses we offer that will enable students to gain extensive knowledge and progress right up to Level 6.  For those new to the subject, we suggest starting with the Level 2 Dog Behaviour Course, it consists of 2 modules all about natural canine behaviours and their purpose and is an excellent introduction course to the subject of canine behaviour.

The next course is the Level 3 Dealing with Canine Behaviour Problems Diploma Course. This explores the internal and external factors that influence dog behaviour.

Then, we suggest the Level 4 Dog Behaviour, Psychology and Training Diploma course. This course is specifically for those wanting to work in the areas of canine psychology, behaviour and training. Successful completion of this course enables students to enrol on the Level 5 Dog Behaviour Practitioner course.

The Level 5 Dog Behaviour Practitioner Diploma Course explores how to work with dogs and owners, the main behavioural influences and the behavioural consultation process. Successful completion of this 6 module course results in acceptance onto the highly sought after Level 6 Advanced Canine Behaviour Diploma course.

The Level 6 Advanced Canine Behaviour Diploma Course is a 13 module course specifically for careers working as a Canine Behaviourist. This is an in-depth course, set at Level 6.

In addition, we now offer a 2 Year Advanced Diploma in Canine Behaviour Management and Practice (Level 6). This course is excellent value for money; it is a combination of the Dog Behaviour Practitioner Diploma course and the Advanced Canine Behaviour Diploma course as well as 4 Intensive Study Days, held at our Canine Behaviour College.  Upon successful completion of this programme students will be able to practice as a qualified Canine Behaviour Practitioner.
