About the course

Rabbits have distinctive behaviors which differ greatly from dogs and cats. Misunderstanding these behaviors can lead to a variety of problems or intensifying current behaviors. Many owners will consult veterinary nurses to gain a better understanding of their rabbit’s behavior.

Senior rabbits are being seen more frequently and having founding knowledge on the specific care they require in order to meet their health and welfare needs is imperative.

During this half day course you will look at:

  • Common rabbit behaviors and what they mean
  • Assisting owners with behavioral problems
  • Health problems commonly affecting senior rabbits and how to care for them in their twilight years
