About the course

The course will cover the history and evolution of ESFs, systems currently available, and the individual components of an ESF frame. Delegates will learn the basic principle and rules of ESF application and how to correctly
plan ESF management of a fracture. The opportunity to apply different types of ESF frames using bone models will be available, allowing delegates to appreciate what effect different frame configurations have on construct stiffness. All ESF constructs, including circular ESFs, will be discussed, although the emphasis will be on linear ESFs.
